- Conduct onsite and remote assessments of client environments to determine infrastructure needs
- Deploy, configure, and test network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points), servers, and PCs
- Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, including directing and collaborating with local or client-side resources
- Ensure integrations align with client standards, security requirements, and MSP best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during deployments and integrations
- Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal teams and stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional team members to effectively and efficiently support handoff to helpdesk or managed services teams following successful integration
- Additional duties as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management & Information Sciences, or similar field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, wireless)
- Experience deploying and supporting servers, PCs, and related hardware
- Well-rounded understanding of operating systems, software, and networked environments
- Ability to assess environments, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, especially in a travel-heavy role
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites
- Prior experience in an IT MSP environment preferred
- Experience with office buildouts, relocations, or multi-site integrations required
- Familiarity with quoting or project scoping for infrastructure deployments
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or local technical resources
