Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored travel advice and solutions that meet client preferences and needs.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in travel support, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask and adapt efficiently in a remote working environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is beneficial.
