MSEI’s manufacturing line is a critical element in a global manufacturing enterprise collaborating on the attainment of highly reliable medical devices. We are growing in a big way and are currently hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Day Shift. We offer competitive annual salary plus 15% annual bonus target.
Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of manufacturing processes and quality procedures in the manufacture of microelectronic modules for use in implantable medical devices. The supervisor will also initiate and manage improvement projects to help improve MSEI’s manufacturing process by understanding MSEI’s manufacturing technologies, digital factory elements, products and manufacturing methods.
Micro Systems Engineering’s manufacturing line is a critical element in a global manufacturing enterprise collaborating on the attainment of highly reliable medical devices. The position requires an assertive candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent computer and communication skills, strong safety awareness, and strong technical awareness of process and product technologies in the electronics field.
