About Corporate Units within BT
Our corporate units enable our customer facing units to deliver our strategy and plans for growth. We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing our people, finances, shared services, and buildings. We also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too.
Corporate Units play an integral role in setting and delivering our strategy and partnering with our business units in their plans for growth. We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing our people, finances, suppliers, shared services, and buildings. And if that’s not enough, we also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too. A career in the Corporate Units is close to the strategic action and never dull. We exist as four centralized teams – Finance, Strategy and Business Services, Human Resources, Legal, Company Secretary and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Affairs.
Why this job matters
As a Fraud analyst within Group Business Services your responsibilities include mitigating against the risk of fraud & bad debt on mobile products for EE.
You will identify suspicious and/or high risk activity utilising EE systems/manual reports to detect potential fraud cases and carry out accurate risk assessments while taking full responsibility by prioritising workload to meet and exceed your personal objectives.
We’ll need you to act quickly on potential fraud cases, liaise directly with the customer, stakeholder or the relevant department and take appropriate action to minimise the loss of revenue to EE and/or customer.

What’s in it for you?
A Few Points To Note:

Don’t Meet Every Single Requirement:
Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification and criteria. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can be their best, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement on the Job Description, please apply anyway - you may just be the right candidate for this or other roles in our wider team.
