The Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience with Client Services Operations in the Broking or insurance industry. A qualification in insurance would be an added advantage
- High performing team player with a proven track record for providing outstanding client service
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines
- Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clients
- High performing team player with a proven track record for providing outstanding client service
