Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes on the Priceline platform
• Assist customers with hotel, flight, car rental, and vacation package reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience throughout
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner in accordance with travel industry service standards
• Provide up-to-date information on travel policies, cancellation procedures, refund processes, and travel advisories to German-speaking clients
• Collaborate with airline, hotel, and travel partners to coordinate booking modifications, special requests, and urgent travel arrangements
• Accurately document all customer interactions and reservation updates within the CRM system to maintain full service continuity
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services, contributing to monthly performance targets
• Stay current on Priceline's evolving product portfolio, travel industry trends, and platform updates to deliver informed, high-quality customer assistance

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — a strong command of German at C1 or C2 level is required
• Valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, or travel industry role is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex customer enquiries calmly and professionally
