BlueDot Cares is a fast-growing private duty home care company, and we are currently seeking a Care Advisor to serve as the inside closing partner for our field Senior Care Advisors.
As a Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
This role ensures that every family receives consistent follow-up, guidance, and support throughout the decision-making process. You will own the full family journey—from first conversation through signed services agreement—across both referral and digital leads.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role, with approximately 30–35% of closes requiring in-home visits within the Charlotte metro.
Responsibilities
Sales & Family Guidance
- Serve as the primary closing resource for referrals generated by our Charlotte field team
- Own the full family conversation from initial contact through signed agreement
- Guide families through care decisions with empathy, clarity, and urgency
- Conduct in-home assessments when needed to close
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Manage all inbound Meta and Google leads (~90/month)
- Respond to new digital inquiries within 5-10 minutes during business hours
- Maintain detailed notes and stage tracking in Zoho CRM
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of 100+ active leads
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Partner closely with field advisors to ensure seamless handoffs
- Ensure no family falls through the cracks
- Report weekly on closes, pipeline health, and conversion rates

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) strongly preferred
- OR equivalent experience in case management, care coordination, or senior services
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with families in transition
- Strong CRM discipline and comfort managing a large pipeline (100+ active leads)
- Self-directed, organized, and metrics-driven- can work independently without daily supervision
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits within Charlotte metro

Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $55,000
- Performance Bonus: total compensation target $70,000-80,000
