For more than 30 years, SQA Services has provided managed supplier quality services—including inspections, audits, corrective actions, and engineering support—to manufacturers across regulated industries. We deploy experienced quality professionals throughout the United States and in over 90 countries to support client and supplier sites on demand.

We are seeking one Electromechanical Source Inspector (Level 2) to perform source inspections at supplier location in Charmes, Grand Est, France.
This is a flexible, part-time position, averaging 2 days per week, where inspectors may accept or decline individual inspection requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project and industry standards
  • Review and validate quality documentation, procedures, and inspection processes
  • Support quality oversight for HVAC units and system assemblies
  • Evaluate mechanical and electrical integration within HVAC equipment and components
  • Work with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, records, and reporting related to quality processes

    • Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or establishing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Background working with HVAC units or systems
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical integration within manufactured systems
  • Ability to review technical documentation, procedures, and engineering drawings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in technical environments in English and French

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting quality audits within manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar platforms
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Gmail for project coordination and documentation
  • Background in industrial equipment, building systems, or HVAC manufacturing
