Full Stack Developer and Security expert na IBM

Introduction

ISDL works on end to end design and development across Power, z and Storage portfolio. You would be a part of WW Storage development organization and would be involved in designing , developing and discussing product delivery & strategy. You should also have leadership quality to manage and work as technical leads and be able to deliver end to end features.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior developer and a security expert you will be responsible for designing and developing components and features independently in IBM India Systems Development Lab along with ensuring security requirements related to function, protection, assurance, risk management and compliance are met. ISDL works on end to end design and development across Power, z and Storage portfolio. You would be a part of WW Storage development organization and would be involved in designing , developing and discussing product delivery & strategy. You should also have leadership quality to manage and work as technical leads and be able to deliver end to end features.

Development of Frontend and Backend including:

• Develop IBM Cloud based SaaS application.

• Design and be an avid coder who can get his hands dirty and be involved in the coding to the deepest level.

• Work in an Agile environment of continuous deliverable.

• You’ll have access to all the technical training courses you need to become the expert you want to be.

• You’ll learn directly from Sr members/leaders in this field.

• You will be working with BISO, CISO, architects and development teams for application security certification

Required technical and professional expertise

• 8-10 Years of relevant Industry Experience

• Understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies, Microservices Architecture and container technologies.

• Understanding and experience with Back End or Full Stack Development

• Understanding and experience with DevOps, Agile, and Design/Implementation within CI/CD and Secure Software Engineering Best Practices

• Understanding and experience writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test Driven DevOps Development

• Understanding and experience with RESTful APIs, Ansible, Java, Kafka & GitHub.

• Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with JavaScript, Typescript, JSP, NodeJS, HTML, CSS , Python etc.,

• Strong experience integrating with no sql databases like cassandara.

• Experience working with open-source technologies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems

• Understanding of Networking concepts and experience in Network development.

• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML)

• Apply OWASP security best practices across frontend and backend

• Implement role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC)

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards & requirements (BISO & CISO)
