About The Role
As a Senior Business Developer at Qodea, you are the driving force behind our growth in the Enterprise segment. You open doors at major corporations, build relationships with C-level decision-makers, and translate complex technology into tangible business outcomes. You’ll design and execute new business strategies targeting companies with revenues above €500 million, collaborating closely with Google’s account teams to close joint deals. Qodea offers you full autonomy and strong technical support—no bureaucracy, direct access to specialists, and an uncapped commission structure that rewards your success.
This role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect. While we operate a flexible model, we expect you to spend time on site (at our offices or a client location) for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
In this role you will
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Enterprise customers across Europe.
• Identify, approach, and win new clients at C-level (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of Data/AI).
• Create compelling value propositions around Google Cloud technologies such as Data, AI, Security, and Cloud Modernisation.
• Collaborate closely with Google co-sell teams to develop joint pipeline and go-to-market campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles from first contact to contract closure, including RFPs, pricing, and negotiation.
• Build long-term partnerships and strengthen Qodea’s market presence within the Enterprise space.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in B2B sales or business development within IT, cloud, or consulting sectors.
• Proven success in Enterprise-level new business development (revenues >€500M).
• Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of Cloud, Data, and AI technologies.
• Strategic thinker able to convert opportunities into tangible results.
• Self-starter with energy, influence, and a strong drive to achieve targets.
