About the Role  

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Health & Safety Graduate to join our teams in 2026. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across diverse projects. You will work closely with experienced EHS professionals to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities   

• Assist in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits on site.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and assist in corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and reporting systems.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all teams.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Contribute to training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of EHS legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 is an advantage).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive safety behaviors.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with EHS management systems is a plus.
