Kafene is hiring a Partner Success Manager to build and grow relationships with our existing retail partners. This person will own driving adoption, performance, and revenue growth. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization through data-driven insights and regular business reviews. This role will develop and execute territory-level strategies while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partner experience.
