Description
Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business acquisition and re-engage lapsed customers. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals. This position focuses on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication.
What You’ll Do
- Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
- Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system.
- Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes.
- Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification.
Requirements
- Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Industry or product knowledge is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
