Array labs is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team.
As a key member of Array Labs’ hiring team, you’ll be responsible for helping build the foundation of the company. This is a hands-on role that will involve partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to define, execute, and refine our recruiting strategy as we rapidly scale.
You’ll help discover, screen, and build our team, while also shaping the systems and processes we rely on. No task is too big or too small—you’ll be a key part of a fast-moving, mission-driven team where impact is immediate and visible.
Responsibilities
Partner with recruiting team to manage recruiting process to move candidates effectively through the hiring process
Manage calendars and scheduling a of interviews (phone, video, and in-person) for candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update candidate information and position statuses within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS to ensure accurate and organized records
Coordinate and process background checks, reference checks, and necessary pre-employment tasks
Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
Refine and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience
Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant, Interview Scheduler or any administrative support capacity
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints
knowledge of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruiting
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration
US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in TA/HR in the Aerospace industry
Knowledge of recruiting common best practices
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Workday, Lever etc...)
ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Interview Process
We will conduct two virtual interviews followed by an onsite or virtual onsite. The typical process takes 2-4 weeks from start to finish.
