Description
We're hiring an Account Coordinator to join our agency team. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with client account management, making it ideal for someone who wants to build both technical marketing skills and client relationship experience.

What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing Execution
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO)
- Create and schedule social media content for client accounts
- Build and send email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and design
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization
- Source imagery, manage content entry, and proofread marketing materials
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Edit photos and videos
- Develop scripts for videos
- Write website content
Account Management
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage incoming client requests and coordinate responses with internal teams
- Prepare client-facing reports and presentations
- Participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
- Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to keep projects on track
- Manage timelines and help organize resources across multiple client projects
- Track budgets and ensure projects stay within scope
- Identify potential issues early and communicate proactively with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, equivalent practical experience, OR completed an in-person internship at a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and brand voice
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems
- Exposure to project management tools (Basecamp)
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
