Overview:

 your roles and responsibilities center around managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring delivery excellence across projects and solutions provided to your clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients.

  • Manage contract compliance and oversee the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and organizational commitments.

  • Work with cross-functional internal teams, such as delivery, technical, and business development groups, to ensure service excellence and smooth execution of client engagements.

  • Anticipate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations by proactively engaging stakeholders and addressing bottlenecks.

  • Drive business growth for your account through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams.

  • Oversee account planning, forecast revenue, and analyze trends to guide opportunities and strategy, keeping in mind your customers' business objectives.

  • Record client requirements and feedback, relay them to delivery and product teams, and facilitate improvements and innovation as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders and develop productive relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to strategize account growth and resolve challenges efficiently.

  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and market dynamics to propose tailored solutions and add value to client engagements.

  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and maintain accurate client records and account documentation
