Rebate Administrator
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW
This position sits within United Vets Group (UVG) – Australia and New Zealand’s largest buying group and membership community for independent veterinary professionals. We’re looking for a Rebate Administrator to join the UVG team. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll ensure supplier rebates are processed accurately and efficiently, helping our members receive the rewards they’ve earned.

What you’ll be doing
• Managing monthly and quarterly supplier rebate processes
• Reviewing, validating, and reconciling rebate data
• Preparing and issuing supplier invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking payments
• Producing rebate distribution summaries for member clinics
• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up as required
• Managing the Business Development Fund register
• Supporting month-end finance processes, including rebate accruals
• Responding to supplier and internal queries
• Maintaining reporting accuracy and supporting data integrity
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes
What you’ll bring
Essential:
• 3+ years’ experience in a finance or procurement team
• Strong communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Desirable:
• Degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, or Finance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Navision and/or Pronto
• Experience with data warehouse systems
• Background in veterinary, retail, franchising, or healthcare industries
