Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in the Red’s All Natural supply chain, focusing on the Mysis system and ingredient availability for daily production. Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for all elements of the distribution, including but not limited to: employee safety, team engagement, growth & development, operational execution and strategy, inventory control, cost and service delivery, capacity planning and operational efficiency. Especially skilled at developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives. Ideally, this leader drives a safe and positive employee culture, understands the connectivity of Red's Operations to the supply chain and oversees all warehouse locations operations in the to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance. This role will focus the utilization of the Misys Software to review current inventory levels, the review of customer service needs and work in partnership with the Corporate S&OP team in the creation of the daily production schedule. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys every aspect of the scheduling process. The ideal candidate will be an active driver of and contributor to collaboration with Operations and supply chain while maintaining mutual relationships
Requirements
Principal Accountabilities
• Represent the plant production team with Supply Chain and Operations in communicating the schedule on daily and weekly production calls, highlighting any potential shortages or areas for a more efficient schedule.
• Collaborate with these departments to Review the weekly production schedule each Wednesday for the next week to verify material availability and identify any discrepancies.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Mysis Software Implementation between Supply Chain and Operations.
• Collaborate with departments to compare current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
• Reviews orders with Corporate S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) team and identifies gaps in raw materials, works with the Operations Manager to review the schedule, staffing needs and a final review for an efficiency production schedule.
• Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related departments.
• Identifies and implements training for the Mysis software within each department and creates a certification program for these team members around the Mysis interface required for their department.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the Mysis implementation and coordinates with department managers for completion.
• Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
• Outlines the tasks involved in Mysis projects and delegates accordingly.
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge
• BA or BS degree in the fields of; logistic/Supply Chain Management, Business or Economics with 3+ years of food/beverage procurement experience, preferred. (Or equivalent 10+ years of work experience in related industry with PAA and or CPP certifications)
• Demonstrated success in system and data management
