Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic People & Culture Alignment
    Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that supports the organization’s mission, values, and long-term objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence
    Lead recruitment efforts by adopting best practices, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience, and meeting hiring timelines within agreed TAT for all open positions.
  • Employee Experience & Lifecycle Management
    Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to career progression and retention—ensuring a supportive, compliant, and enriching experience at every stage.
  • Talent Development & Retention Initiatives
    Design and implement growth programs, learning opportunities, and engagement activities that reinforce organizational culture and help retain high-performing talent.
  • HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
    Manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as the primary contact for people-related issues, and coordinate with external partners to maintain seamless HR processes.
