"Summary:As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture.- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- Experience with business process modeling and analysis.- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.- Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
