Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.- Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
