Essential Functions
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Configuration Management plans.
- Conduct formal qualification reviews (FQRs) and baseline audits.
- Maintain configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records.
- Verify data integrity and traceability for 100% compliance with ZTA baselines.
- Coordinate with engineering and cyber teams to resolve nonconformances.
- Provide training and awareness on QA/CM processes and tools.
- Prepare metrics and reports for management and customer review.
Competencies
- In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, CMMI, and DoD CM standards.
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation and audit skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Quality Management or Engineering.
- Eight (8)+ years QA/CM experience in defense or intelligence programs.
- Active Secret clearance or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASQ CQE or CMII certification.

Compensation
• $80 – $140 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
