At Armacell PET Foams, we transform recycled PET into high-performance foam solutions for wind energy, transportation, and construction. If you're passionate about advanced materials and eager to grow into a strategic commercial role, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Tasks

  • Develop deep product and market expertise through hands-on training at our Thimister-Clermont site in Belgium (for the first 6–9 months)

  • Lead portfolio development initiatives, including market analysis, trend evaluation, and competitive benchmarking

  • Support Salesforce operations and contribute to product extension strategies

  • After the onboarding, drive sales performance and margin growth across the CEE region

  • Build and execute tailored business development strategies for diverse regional markets

  • Manage customer-specific product requests and ensure technical alignment

  • Monitor pricing dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, finance, and global sales teams

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience, ideally with a focus on composite materials

  • Initial exposure to the composite materials sector, preferably in core materials for sandwich structures

  • Strong motivation to grow into a customer-facing sales role with regional scope

  • Proven analytical thinking and project management capabilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; any Eastern European language would be an advantage

  • Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%) across Central & Eastern Europe

  • Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, including regular weekly presence at our Thimister office during onboarding
