We are seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to join our In-Room Dining team at The Cadogan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the In-Room Dining service, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that all the staff adhere to the highest standards of hospitality. This role involves training staff, managing orders, and addressing guest concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Guest Service: Provide warm, attentive, and courteous service, including detailed information, accurate order taking, prompt delivery, and effective complaint resolution.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage all aspects of in-room dining, from preparing and setting up trays to performing opening/closing duties and maintaining cleanliness.
- Staff Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, while also collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
- Effective Communication: Ensure seamless transitions between shifts through thorough information handover.
