Senior Account Manager – Instrumentation / Process Automation

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Group to lead client engagement and business growth in Southwest London. With a strong background in instrumentation and process automation, you’ll play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions to our customers across a range of industries.
This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving consultative sales in a technically complex environment.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Account Manager:
- Leading and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts using strategic account planning.
- Developing deep customer insight and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Providing expert guidance on instrumentation products, services, and solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions.
- Applying a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer needs.
- Driving business development initiatives and contribute to regional strategy.
- Maintaining regular customer engagement—both in-person and virtually.
- Demonstrating agility, proactive decision-making, and a solution-focused mindset.
Your Profile as a Senior Account Manager.
- Proven experience in sales within Instrumentation, Process Automation
- Strong technical understanding of measurement technologies and systems.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
