The role you’ll contribute:

 

Responsible for providing a proactive, practical, and valued human resources perspective in partnership with facility leadership. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues while acting as a change agent. This role provides input into human resources programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs. In addition, this position advises on the deployment and delivery of human resources initiatives and supports the human resources strategic plan. Additionally, this role partners with shared services and implements strategic value-added programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Serves as change agent, demonstrating the ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy-in at Consults with human resources shared services to facilitate talent acquisition strategies and supports departmental labor demand models.
  • Designs and delivers new hire experience, onboarding, and orientation to align with business objectives and culture integration.
  • Collaborates with leadership to execute organizational development strategies in performance management, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Provides guidance for front line leaders on coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application.
  • Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership.

The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Bachelors in HR, business, or related field [Required]
  • 4+ years of working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal/state respective employment laws; [Required]
