1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across facilities, warehouse, and production areas. This role includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC work, as well as equipment troubleshooting and general upkeep. Operates independently with minimal supervision and supports various systems including CTM and label printers.

1. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
2. Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks across facility, warehouse, and production areas.
   B. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
   C. Maintain and service HVAC and AC systems.
   D. Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
   E. Support cleaning and general upkeep tasks as needed.
   F. Troubleshoot and maintain label printers (Zebra, Intermec, etc.).
   G. Maintain and support CTM systems across production lines.
   H. Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
   I. Perform other duties as assigned.

A. Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
B. Work performed in warehouse, production, and facility environments.
C. May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying temperatures.
