This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, or our Boston office, with Mondays & Fridays remote.
A Day in the Life...
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple business units
Coordinate with Operations finance team across business units to gather, validate, and consolidate financial data
Support the development of consolidated budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and commentary
Partner with FP&A team to ensure consistency and alignment in reporting
Assist in driving process improvements and standardization in consolidation practices
Prepare and review consolidated financial reports and executive summaries for senior leadership
Support ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, and special projects as needed
Leverage financial systems and work cross-functionally to deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting, including variances to plan, to ensure key issues, risks, and business drivers are clearly communicated.
Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions.
Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and ability to influence business partners
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team oriented with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teams
- Must be results oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to independently and reliably execute deliverables on a periodic basis with minimal supervision
- Experience in analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Comfortable presenting to groups and senior stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial terms to non-finance professionals
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience and strong understanding of operations
- Experience in accounting or cost accounting
- Systems application experience with SAP, o9, Vena and PowerBI is a plus

$87,400 - $120,230The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
