Business Banking Strategy Manager na Bank of Hope

• Report to the Managing director – Business Banking Group Strategic Finance (“MD”) and support a wide range of duties related to the Business Banking Group (“BBG”)
• Manage BBG’s financial forecasting and projecting processes
• Support the development of BBG’s business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
• Participate in research and development of new business strategies
• Coordinate internal communication such as bi-weekly pipeline meeting and ad hoc meetings as needed
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks’ participating in professional societies
• Work on special projects as determined by CBBO
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure strategic initiatives comply with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: An extensive knowledge of Banking Industry and Bank operating procedures
• Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Required: Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and laws’ compliance documentation, and reporting requirement
• Required: Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with other parties
• Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints
• Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct
• Required: Knowledge in compliance/regulation, policy, loan related legal matters, and current events

The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 annually - $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits 

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
