Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis & Planning Domain-Industry Knowledge Business Consulting Skills and ESG Assessment & Reporting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business strategies and ensuring effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis efforts to identify and define business requirements and solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business strategies.
- Conduct ESG assessments and reporting to support the companys sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and implement business consulting strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business activities.
- Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Business Analysis & Planning and Domain-Industry Knowledge.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Business Consulting Skills and ESG Assessment & Reporting.
- Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analysis role.
