Sales Representative I
About the Role: As a Sales Representative I at Veseris, you’ll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the turf, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospects
· Uncover customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions
· Manage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plans
· Achieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growth
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
· Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer success
· Accurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales tools
· Represent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
What You Bring
· 10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accounts
· Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills
· Proven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships
· Experience in the turf, pest, horticulture, or related industries preferred
· Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
