- Analyze data to generate sales insights and improvements to increase sales productivity
- Scrubbing, organizing and manipulating large datasets in MS Excel or Google Sheets using functions
- Continuing to build, validate and maintain data hygiene within our extensive customer and prospect database
- Ensure the data integration and collaboration between cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales and Finance is seamless and timely
- Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
- Build out salesforce dashboards and reports to measure sales progress, assess total addressable market and slicing data for deeper analysis in MS Excel or Google sheets
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for sales leaders and management
- Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Curious, not afraid to ask questions, and a penchant for digging deeper to understand the why
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and business analytics tools such as MS Excel, Power BI
- General understanding of LLMs and how to leverage to streamline reporting, automate workflows, or generating insights from sales data
- Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have recently completed undergraduate studies in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or Economics
