Are you an expert in B2B marketing campaigns, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM)? We are seeking a Senior Campaign Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives across EMEA, targeting both existing accounts and new market opportunities in the technology and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of integrated ABM, demand generation, and brand campaigns for defined accounts, verticals, and new segments.
Create campaign briefs, approve creative concepts, and guide channel selection and activation tactics.
Collaborate with media agencies on media planning, digital channel mix, and paid media allocation.
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize pipeline and revenue impact.
Partner with sales, OEMs, SI partners, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
Manage localization, translation, and adaptation of campaign materials for regional and local market needs.
Oversee relationships with local partners, sponsorship vendors, and third-party suppliers.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience developing and managing commercial B2B marketing campaigns in technology or enterprise sectors.
Hands-on experience with external agencies, media planning, and creative approvals.
Strong understanding of pipeline attribution, KPI tracking, and ROI optimization.
Experience collaborating across sales, channel/partner, and regional marketing teams.
Ability to manage regional budgets, contracts, and sponsorship agreements.
English and GERMAN bilingual level is mandatory.

Agency or in-house experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple regions.
Background in paid media, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
