Role and Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be part of Security team in MBRDI

·       Will be a part of development team for the Automated testing tool for Security testing. Development is based on CAPL and Python + C# for the automation

·       Provide recommendations into tool design choices, tools and methodology

·       Part of dynamic team, involved in the tasks related to Automotive security, Ethernet, CANFD, AUTOSAR etc.

·       Validation of vehicle CANoe traces from suppliers and in-house testing (identification of security errors, script-based)

·       Actively debugging issues in the ECUs and in the tool for continuous increment and improvement in the tool and overall Security Architecture

·       Continuous collaboration with German counterparts, feature owners, testing teams and suppliers for support which requires strong articulation and communication skills

·       Design of automated release pipelines for the tool deliveries

·       Conduct peer reviews related to tool development

·       Overall responsible for ensuring the best quality of the tool, its maintenance and releases

 

Qualifications

      BE/B. Tech

·       Electronics and Communication Engineering

·       Computer science

·       Information Science

·       Electrical and Electronics Engineering

 

Expected Skills

·       Working experience and very strong working knowledge on CAPL. Python and Basic knowledge on C#

·       Working experience and very strong working knowledge in Vector CANoe tool.

·       Working experience and very strong knowledge in Python (Procedural and object oriented)

·       Very Good Knowledge/working knowledge of communication protocols – CAN, CANFD, FlexRay, Ethernet

·       Strong knowledge on Basic cybersecurity and cryptography mechanisms and PKI’s (i.e. AES, RSA, ECC, SHA, Public Key Infrastructure) and knowledge in Symmetric, Asymmetric encryption mechanisms, Hashing, signature, key exchange

·       Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms and their real-world applications

·       Strong knowledge on DevOPS toolchain (Jira and Git Knowledge mandatory)

·       Knowhow on setting up the pipelines in Jenkins and GitLab CI an added advantage

·       Ability to understand ECU Extract files of both Classic and Adaptive ECUs, knowledge on ARXML files

·       Ability to debug and fix development issues in CAPL scripts and provide quick solutions for the issues -> Excellent in testing & defect analysis

·       Ability to analyze CANoe traces, pcap files and provide analysis.

·       Knowledge of finding issues and code refactoring

·       Good knowledge of different levels of testing in software development

·       Should have worked in the past based on AGILE methodology

·       Ability to train people in the team regarding new cutting-edge technologies and proposing the improvisations in the tools according to recent trends

·       Should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, product ownership mindset

·       Experience and Strong Knowledge in Security Stack (CSM, SecOC, CryIf, Crypto) is an added advantage

·       Experience and Strong Knowledge in AUTOSAR architecture and module interactions. (Classic AUTOSAR) is an added advantage

·       German language knowledge would be an added advantage
