Coughlin Kia is on the move - literally. We're relocating from Newark to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pataskala to support our rapid growth, and we're looking for a driven Automotive Sales Manager ready to take their career to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day sales operations at the dealership
• Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Partner with Finance to structure deals and secure approvals
• Manage inventory flow, aging units, and lot presentation
• Analyze sales metrics and implement performance strategies
• Oversee new and used vehicle ordering and acquisition

What You Bring

• 5+ years in automotive sales, 3+ in management preferred
• Track record of strong CSI scores and sales performance
