ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Coordinates, distributes, maintains, monitors and assists workflow in accordance with workload and service priorities in a “hands on” method
• Understands and reads Warehouse Control System for area
• Ensures new and existing staff are properly trained on all responsibilities, procedure changes and provides ongoing guidance and technical support
• Maintains controls for any special equipment based on area of responsibility
• Verifies discrepancies and makes necessary corrections
• Cooperates, supports and assists internal and external customers, as needed
• Physically verifies bins, as requested
• Procures supplies for staff and work area
• Prepares for new hires (carts, supplies, etc.)
• Audits staff to ensure procedures are followed and notifies management of violations
• Completes Coordinator Checklist daily
• Follows appropriate procedures for area
• Maintains a professional, neat and orderly work area (including scales) to ensure all are free of FOD
• Maintains ESD Control for area, as applicable
• Attend team talks regularly
• Verifies out-time requests, as required
• Works with minimum supervision
• Works well under pressure of deadlines
• Represents the company in a professional manner
• Provides customer service excellence and motivates team to do the same
• Supports and participates in the company's total quality process, including process improvements
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties, as assigned
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
• Able to use a handheld computer/iPad, the internet, Microsoft Excel, WCS, Universe, and within the scope of the position
• Able to read, interpret, and understand computer/system screens, and printing/markings on product, including tiny printing/marking, colors, and other product codes
• Able to count and repackage products of every size
• Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand for long periods of time, and walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for long periods of time and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level up to 2’ using a ladder
• Neat and legible handwriting
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
• Available to work overtime and weekends
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum two years’ post high school experience or Associate’s degree
• Stock Control Associate level two or higher
• Effective performance in position during tenure at Mouser or previous experience in a lead role outside of Mouser
