Description -
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to deliver and lead parts of the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions that ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our Home Print Supplies. This role is key in shaping our reliability strategy and fostering a culture of customer focus and excellence in practices across the organization.
Deliver A-Hi reliability knowledge on time for program success
Lead or mentor issue identification, resolution efforts, conducting thorough post-mortems and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate closely with Design, Printer, and Proto teams to integrate reliability best practices into the development lifecycle
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the reliability engineering team
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance reliability, monitoring, and observability capabilities
Deliver clear documentation, reporting and communication of your work.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in TIJ reliability/product engineering. Prefer >5 years cross Org technical leadership experience.
Proven track record in designing and implementing reliability methods in product development
Preferred:
Deep knowledge of the Home and CISS print markets and customer experience
Continuous learning practices
Proven track record of successful project management in a technical environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
Education:
Education: Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry (or related science).
The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
