Wentworth Senior Living is Hiring an IT Support Services Assistant!

Schedule: 20 hours/week

Location: Onsite, Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

As an IT Support Services Assistant, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:

• Work directly with vendors and staff to troubleshoot or implement new devices, fixes and processes, maintain comprehensive device cataloging.
• Provide comprehensive desktop support & training sessions.
• Create documentation as needed and assist in organization, distribution and support.
• Assist with the deployment of new laptops and software
• Update and monitor IT ticketing system
• Install, configure, test, maintain and monitor end user workstations.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, iPhones and tablets.

Experience:

• Must have strong skills and knowledge of PC hardware and software and Microsoft and cloud products
• Analytical problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Strong background in current technology, computers, devices and tools including computer operations, data processing and training
