Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION:
Short-term assignment, under supervision and the direction of the Master Teacher, performs the necessary duties to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive child development program for infants/toddlers.

Requirements / Qualifications
SCOE Infant/Toddler Assistant Application
Must be at least 18 years of age.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school required. One year experience in an early childhood setting preferred. Enrollment in Associates or Bachelor’s degree program in child development or related field preferred.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

A pre-employment physical/drug/lift screen clearance, DOJ/CACI fingerprint clearance and TB clearance will be required prior to employment.
IMMUNIZATIONS: Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza, pertussis, and measles.
