About the role.
The Senior Finance Manager, NA Marketing plays a key role in partnering with McCain’s Marketing team to drive growth and profitability across the business. This highly collaborative and analytical role provides actionable financial insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
Key accountabilities include leading innovation business case development, modeling promotional activities, managing the marketing budget, and enhancing reporting through digital tools such as Power BI. With a customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for process improvement, this role helps shape McCain’s ongoing digital transformation while working cross-functionally across Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Please note: This role has the flexibility to be based out of any of our North American corporate offices.

What you’ll be doing.
Commercial support & performance review
Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely analysis of financial results. Investigate variances, highlight key issues, and recommend solutions to close gaps.
Support Finance’s digital transformation by developing and enhancing reports in Power BI.
Partner with Revenue Management to develop and evaluate pricing strategies that align with business goals.
Drive process improvement, capacity creation, and standardization across the Commercial Finance structure.
Provide financial support for business review presentations for global and regional leadership meetings.
Innovation stage-gate & business case development
Build and analyze financial business cases for innovation projects and new product launches, challenging assumptions and ensuring profitability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define pricing strategies and margin expectations for new products.
Conduct post-mortem analyses comparing results to business case expectations.
Budgeting & planning
Serve as a key member of the S&OP process, supporting demand forecasting and financial modeling for Sales and Marketing.
Partner with Marketing to lead financial modeling of promotional activities and assess their impact on overall margins.
Continuously improve forecast accuracy and departmental submissions.
Marketing support
Provide financial analysis and reporting on marketing expenditures and promotional ROI.
Deliver postmortem financial analyses to assess investment profitability.
Evaluate portfolio health to identify simplification and efficiency opportunities.
What you’ll need to be successful.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus
3+ years of progressive and related experience
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP and Power BI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong influencing and leadership capabilities
Results-driven and action-oriented mindset

Compensation Package: $107,600.00 - $143,500.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
