The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the financial processing of transactions and reporting. This individual manages all Vendor accounts in the accounting system and is responsible for reviewing and processing incoming invoices. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will interact with vendors, company employees, and other individuals as necessary and will be the main point of contact for questions related to invoicing.
Essential Functions:
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable process including reviewing, sorting, and coding all invoices and check requests received to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company policy.
• Manage Vendor accounts and act as liaison between the Company and Vendor.
• Audit and process all credit card bills and expense reports
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Assist in month end closing

Job Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Self-motivated, independently able to solve problems and meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of 1-3 years education and experience in Accounting or related field
• Experience with electronic vendor invoice workflows and electronic filing systems preferred
• Experience in CMiC or other ERP systems preferred
Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000
