Description
OBJECTIVE:Support operational excellence by supporting collegiate chapter officers and volunteers while supporting the implementation of resources and tools in collegiate chapters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Officer & Committee Support

Support collegiate officer structure and slating; provide recommendations as needed.

Lead annual review and updates of collegiate officer position descriptions and Resource Library content.

Serve as project lead for the monthly collegiate chapter officer bulletin, coordinate with subject matter experts for educational content.

Serve as point of contact for the collegiate volunteer team, collegiate chapter officers, members and advisors to support chapter operations.
Training & Development
-
Develop and execute strategies for creating, revising, and updating officer and committee resources (manuals, trainings, job descriptions).

Manage onboarding, training, and development programs for collegiate officers (e.g., online modules, written materials, digital resources).
Chapter Operations & Success
-
Collect, track, and analyze Chapter Success Model data; escalate concerns as needed.

Review Chapter Success reports and assess overall chapter health.

Identify operational issues within chapters and develop improvement strategies.

Assist chapters with policy revisions to enhance operations.
-
Collaborate with advisors to identify appropriate support for chapter concerns.

Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in: Higher Education Administration, Organizational Leadership, Education, Nonprofit Management, Communications or related field
Skills
-
Officer & Committee Support: Understanding of collegiate officer structures and governance; Experience writing and updating role descriptions and operational resources; Project management and content coordination (e.g., newsletters, bulletins)

Training & Development: Curriculum development for adult learners; Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Creation of digital and written training materials; Onboarding and leadership development programming

Chapter Operations & Success: Data collection and analysis (e.g., Chapter Success Model); Operational assessment and improvement planning; Policy review and revision support; Collaboration with advisors and support teams
Experience
-
Experience in: Student affairs, chapter operations, or leadership development; Volunteer or officer training and support; Program development and implementation; Volunteer management

Experience working in: Higher education, nonprofit, or membership-based organizations; Greek-letter organizations or similar communities is a strong plus

Demonstrated success in: Managing officer development and chapter support initiatives; Coordinating cross-functional projects and communications; Using data to inform strategic improvements; Stakeholder management
