Program overview:
We are looking for one talented woman to undertake a rewarding internship opportunity in Pendal’s Income & Fixed Interest investment team.
The internship starts in the last week of February 2026 and concludes at the beginning of June 2026.
This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to apply university learnings in a real-world, first-class asset management environment.

3.5-month, one-day-per-week paid internship opportunity in Perpetual’s equities investment team

We’re seeking women with a keen, genuine interest in developing a career in asset management. Criteria includes:
Applicants in their second year of university study or later, in the following disciplines:
Commerce
Finance
Law
Science
Technology
Engineering
Marketing
Communications
Psychology
Arts
The internship requires in-person attendance at our office in Sydney’s CBD.
Applicants must have the right to work and study in Australia during the internship period
Applicants with strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build purposeful professional relationships.
