Commencing in February 2026, this initiative reflects our commitment to diversity, education, and industry development.

Program overview:

We are looking for one talented woman to undertake a rewarding internship opportunity in Perpetual’s Equities investment team.

The internship starts in the last week of February 2026 and concludes at the beginning of June 2026.

This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to apply university learnings in a real-world, first-class asset management environment.

Scholarship offering:

• 3.5-month, one-day-per-week paid internship opportunity in Perpetual’s equities investment team

• A $3000 prize to support your academic journey

• A dedicated mentor in the Perpetual investment team

• Opportunities to build professional networks across the industry

• Insight into career pathways in asset management

Please note: This scholarship does not guarantee a permanent role post-placement.

Eligibility criteria:

We’re seeking women with a keen, genuine interest in developing a career in asset management. Criteria includes:

• Applicants in their second year of university study or later, in the following disciplines:

  • Commerce

  • Finance

  • Law

  • Science

  • Technology

  • Engineering

  • Marketing

  • Communications

  • Psychology

  • Arts

• The internship requires in-person attendance at our office in Sydney’s CBD.

• Applicants must have the right to work and study in Australia during the internship period

• Applicants with strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build purposeful professional relationships.
