Job Description:
  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in Tamil Nadu.

    • Analyze data to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.

  2. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.

    • Set achievable sales targets, and develop plans to surpass them consistently.

  3. Brand Expansion:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and create awareness about our services in Tamil Nadu.

    • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to promote brand growth and customer engagement.

  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

  5. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bus operators, vendors, and customers.

    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market and customer dynamics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadline.

  • Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with cultural nuances.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
