Your role
We are looking for someone who can:
• ensure seamless execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center emerging affluent and core affluent clients; the UBS Wealth Advice Center's 250+ Financial Advisors serve ~200,000+ clients with aggregate assets of ~$20Bn
• inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback
• take accountability for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across the region
• lead strategic programs that accelerate growth, enhance client experience, and achieve business objectives
• collaborate with our field leaders, strategy teams, and sales and service professionals across the region to ensure our business goals are being met
• identify, assess and mitigate risks while serving as a strong steward of the firm’s risk framework, ensuring all business activities align with UBS’s standards of compliance and control

Your team
Our team currently serves more than 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 500 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the Wealth Advice Center Southeast Region including but not limited to the Charlotte, NC Hub and locations in Philadelphia, Nashville, Washington DC, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Tampa. You will play a vital role in shaping performance, strategy, and culture. You’ll mentor and guide teams to exceed targets, elevate the client experience, and drive strategic initiatives. With a mandate to optimize an already high-performing business model, you’ll deliver insights and innovations that directly support WAC’s ambitious growth and revenue goals.
Your expertise
• strong collaborative character and effective communication skills
• SIE, Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses are required
• undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
• ability to use data and analytics to measure success, refine strategies, and optimize processes
• experience addressing problems proactively and finding innovative solutions to meet client and business needs
• strong desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture as well as ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner
• proven ability to drive strategy and growth in a financial services environment while also being a mentor and leader with an obsession with quality and an insatiable hunger for success that inspires others
• adaptable and thrives under pressure in demanding corporate settings while being a natural problem-solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams
• proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel
• exhibits self-confidence and composure in high-pressure situations and demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
• capable of managing projects independently, with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
