We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java React Developer with 8-10 years of extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
  • Lead the technical architecture and design discussions for complex projects.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and technical growth.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure code quality and security standards are consistently maintained.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in Java-based backend development.
  • Extensive experience with React.js (v8 or latest) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Proven experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot/Spring MVC.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
