Job Description:   

As an Associate Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, you will help the CoStar Group IAM team provide appropriate, timely, and consistent application access for over 9000 employees globally. This position is 50% internal customer-facing and 50% technical: 

  • Utilizing SailPoint IdentityNow, focuses on automating identity lifecycle processes, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance with security policies 

  • Helps implement technical solutions within the IAM tech stack based on gathered requirements. 

  • Assist internal stakeholders in understanding IAM capabilities and functions. 

  • Gather requirements for onboarding applications for provisioning access and access certifications, meeting appropriate controls. 

  • Collaborate with other business units to analyze and improve IAM procedures and resolve problems 

  • Assist in proper operation and maintenance of IAM systems, including troubleshooting when issues arise. 

 

This position is located in our Arlington, VAoffice and offers a schedule of Monday-Thursday in office and Friday remote  

 

Basic Qualifications:    

  • Current college senior at an accredited, not-for-profit college or university, with an expected graduation date of May 2026, studying Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science 

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA   

  • 3-6+ months of internship experience required working with any of the following disciplines: 

  • Network Engineering 

  • DevOps Engineering 

  • Systems Engineering 

  • Server & Data Center Operations 

  • IT Service Desk, Systems Support
