The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. This is a field sale position and will require check-ins at our clinics and face to face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and business.  

Requirements

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? 

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients

· Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals effectively

· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

· Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

· Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

· Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry

· Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.

· Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail

· Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

· Passionate about improving patient care and delivering high-quality services that make a difference in patients' lives.

· Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced high growth environment.
