We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, and knows how to turn technology, teamwork, and timing into results.

The Opportunity

The Decoration Print Production Manager runs our day-shift print-decoration operation—where color, quality, and speed all have to hit at once.  This isn’t a desk job—it’s leadership in motion!

What You’ll Do

Lead the Work:

• Oversee day-to-day production across Rotary Inkjet, Flatbed Inkjet, Pad Print, and Laser decoration lines.
• Be on the floor—checking quality, output, and workflow in real time; jump in to solve problems and coach your team.
• Keep jobs flowing with the Production Planning Manager so materials are staged and ready before machines need them.
• Track daily KPIs—throughput, SLA adherence, and labor efficiency—address issues fast.
• Deliver consistent results against established key performance indicators.

Lead the People:

• Build a motivated, cross-trained team that lives CCG’s ONE TEAM values—collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop operators through live feedback and on-the-spot training.
• Encourage ideas for process improvement and recognize stand-out performance.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and ADP timecards for your crew.

Stay Connected & Communicate:

• Work closely with Client Experience (CX) to keep them updated on order status and timelines.
• Partner with Technical & Mechanical Operations on equipment issues or calibration needs.
• Join daily production huddles ready with updates, SLA status, and recovery plans.

Who You Are

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong communication and team-building skills.
• 3+ years of experience in digital print, pad print, laser, or specialty decoration production.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Excel, Power BI dashboards, warehouse management systems, and data-driven decisions.
• A visible, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on color, quality, and efficiency.
• Known for your follow-through and positive energy—you set the tone on the floor.
